Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients and analyzing if they could benefit from the services and solutions we provide.

Basic Overview

  • Participates in Marketing Activities and explores new avenues to identify potential clients.
  • Analyzes client specific situations to develop robust solutions to solve major pain points.
  • Creates and closes quotes that generate positive revenue.
  • Sees through a seamless sales to service hand-off and follows up ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Serves to assist service department in solving existing client issues as needed.
  • Meets with existing clients on a regular basis to identify satisfaction level and solve issues as needed.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, preferably business to business
  • Knowledge of technical solutions and workflows
  • Ability to solve complex issues by identifying technical solutions
