- Creates and closes quotes that generate positive revenue.
- Sees through a seamless sales to service hand-off and follows up ensuring client satisfaction.
- Serves to assist service department in solving existing client issues as needed.
- Meets with existing clients on a regular basis to identify satisfaction level and solve issues as needed.
