Technical Specialist

The Technical Specialist is responsible for assisting with the management of our client’s business administration by consulting in the design, implementation, and functionality of their technology processes and workflow. By supporting our client’s network and end users, the Technical Specialist helps our clients to achieve their strategic goals from a technology perspective.

Basic Overview

  • Consult clients and end users on the management of technology equipment and processes, providing recommendations and remediation options.
  • Support end user technical activity with proactive and reactive troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Document and maintain client network data, history, and management changes.
  • Assist with management of applications in client environment to ensure operational efficiency as it pertains to technology processes.
  • Communicate directly with clients, maintaining positive client relationships and assisting with achieving their technical goals.

Desired Qualifications

  • 2 Years IT Related Education or Work Experience
  • Ability to pass a test demonstrating strong written and verbal communications skills
  • 2 Microsoft or other IT related certifications at time of hire
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement and decision making on highly technical issues related to functionality and processes
