Our practice has been a customer with IAG for quite a few years and we could not be more pleased with the professional IT and cloud based SIP phone services we receive. Their staff is all very calm and polite, well versed in the IT field, knowledgeable with our specialized software, which is vital, and always willing to assist in any way we need. As our practice HIPAA compliance officer, I also recognize their attention to detail when it comes to security. They are always striving to be on the forefront of all HIPAA related updates and/or practices that are needed for our office to remain secure. Originally, when we were shopping for an IT support service, our concern was that they were based out of TX. However, not one single time has that become an issue with our service or care.
